Full Journal pdf2006-05-09 House Journal Page 3976 HB 334 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 3973) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 334(FIN) "An Act relating to an exemption from and deferral of municipal property taxes for certain types of deteriorated property." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 334(FIN) "An Act relating to a mandatory exemption for certain residences owned by a religious organization, to an exemption from and deferral of municipal property taxes for certain types of deteriorated property, and to an optional deferral of municipal 2006-05-09 House Journal Page 3977 property taxes on certain primary residences owned and occupied by individuals with incomes at or below federal poverty guidelines for the state." (SCR 34 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Kohring moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Kohring was required to vote. Representative Ramras placed a call of the House. The call was satisfied. Representative Croft moved and asked unanimous consent to remove his name as a cosponsor from the bill. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 334(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 334(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 334(FIN)?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 334(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
